  • Adhere to *Dress for Success* procedures for opening and closing cashier duties.
  • Conduct cash counts before and after service.
  • Participate in pre-shift meetings to ensure readiness.
  • Answer phone calls in a friendly and courteous manner, following established etiquette guidelines.
  • Ensure cash drawer is prepared before opening and ready for the first guest.
  • Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome.
  • Prepare coffee and set out condiments for breakfast service.
  • Ensure trays, utensils, and napkins are properly arranged.
  • Maintain assigned temperature logs for coolers and freezers.
  • Accurately ring up menu items in the POS system.
  • Process sales transactions, accepting only approved payment methods, and provide correct change.
  • Keep beverage stations and condiment areas stocked and organized.
  • Ensure signage is displayed correctly for meal services.
  • Clean the cashier station, beverage area, and dining tables, following the cleaning schedule.
  • Prepare for the next day's opening by following *Dress for Success* procedures.
  • Restock beverage coolers and snack items before the end of the shift.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier and drink stations.
  • Assist with cleaning and closing tasks as needed.
  • Check out with the Manager on Duty before leaving.
  • Be available for additional hours based on client and catering needs.
  • Comply with sanitation standards, personal hygiene, and health regulations.
  • Follow proper food storage guidelines, including labeling and rotating items.
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently, including the POS system and beverage machines.
  • Adhere to established cash handling procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One year of experience in a high-volume cashier role.
  • One year of experience in customer service or the food service industry.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Availability to work early shifts, Monday through Friday.
