Job Summary

Precision Landscape Management is a dynamic and growing landscape services contractor in the Greenville community. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented team member to join our Enhancement Crew.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the set-up and completion of daily job tasks, including mulch and pine straw installation, plant installation, irrigation and drainage work, sod installation, and similar landscape tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrive promptly by 7:30am to assist in the loading of vehicles and preparation for the job site.
  • Represent the company well on-site through good communication with fellow team members and clean and considerate work sites.
  • Develop a general working knowledge of the job flow and processes for completing tasks.
  • Clean out trailers/trucks each afternoon or as necessary for efficient job flow.

Requirements:

  • Green Industry experience is preferred but not necessary.
  • Starting pay based on experience and overall value brought to the team
  • A driver's license and a clean driving record (required for any driving position)

  • Ability to maintain professionalism even when dealing with difficult people
