Job DescriptionJob Title: Assembler

Hourly Pay: $19-$20 (Increases after 4 months)

Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking skilled Assemblers to join our dynamic team. As an Assembler, you will play a vital role in our production process, assembling high-quality components and subassemblies. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will ensure that our products meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform electrical wiring and integrate wires into products.
  • Use a variety of hand tools, including crimps, stakes, screws, bolts, rivets, welds, solders, cements, and press fits.
  • Mount components, such as transformers, resistors, transistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, and sockets, on chassis panels.
  • Connect component wires to circuits and between individual component leads.
  • Install finished assemblies or subassemblies in cases and cabinets.
  • Position or align components and parts using hand tools or machines.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure our high standards are met.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment.
  • Prepare for tasks by studying parts lists and gathering necessary parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
