PreLitigation Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our team at RYAN DANESHRAD LAW A PROFESSIONAL C. As a Pre-Litigation Attorney, you will play a critical role in managing a significant case load and overseeing a team of Case Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a substantial case load and supervise a team of Case Managers.
• Aid in case assessment, legal strategy, and medical management to maximize case value.
• Oversee cases from initial intake through settlement.
• Review performance metrics of case managers.
• Negotiate and finalize settlements.
• Review demands and complaints.
• Interpret medical reports and bills.
• Communicate with clients on a regular basis regarding legal strategy and treatment plans.
• Analyze fact patterns to help clear coverage and establish liability.
• Commitment to learning and providing high-quality legal representation.

Requirements:

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Personal Injury law.
• Familiarity with Casepeer or other legal software.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to supervise and provide guidance and counsel.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Team-oriented and positive attitude to our Los Angeles office.
