Job Title: Ultrasound Technologist

Aureus Medical Group - Imaging is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join their team for a travel assignment in Washington, D.C.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Ultrasound Technologist to work in a 371-bed hospital. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general and vascular sonography, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform high-quality ultrasound exams using various modalities, including general and vascular sonography
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest sonography techniques and technologies
Requirements:
  • Current ARDMS certification in general and vascular sonography
  • CPR/BLS certification
  • 2+ years of experience in ultrasound technology, preferably in a hospital setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
