Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Shopper to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Personal Shopper, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting Membership benefits, and supporting Membership goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts.
• Participate in sales and marketing events, and make efforts to meet Membership goals.
• Maintain safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Fulfill Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices.
• Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company's products and services.

Hourly Wage Range

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $25.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
