  • Maintain a thorough understanding of hotel operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Utilize the brand's operating systems and customer loyalty programs effectively.
  • Familiarize oneself with guest room features, amenities, and services available.
  • Provide accurate information regarding room rates, packages, and promotional offers.
  • Process guest payments and handle any late charges appropriately.
  • Adhere to cash handling and banking procedures during guest check-outs.
  • Complete end-of-shift banking procedures as required.
  • Manage phone calls, mail, and messages for guests.
  • Assist guests with inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Possess knowledge of local attractions and the surrounding area.
  • Utilize downtime for cleaning and maintaining the front desk and common areas.
  • Be well-versed in emergency procedures and protocols.
  • Manage safe deposit box operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.

Eligibility Requirements:

A satisfactory criminal background check is required. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record may also be necessary.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This role does not include supervisory duties.
