We are looking for a Physical Therapist for a traveler position in a skilled nursing environment. This role is designed for a duration of 13 weeks, with the possibility of extension. The schedule is Monday to Friday, with guaranteed hours ranging from 36 to 40 per week.
Key Qualifications:
- State License-Physical Therapist-Minnesota or compact eligibility required
- CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- NPI NUMBER
- Physical abilities to handle weights between 50-100lbs
