Job Description:

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced educator to join our team as an Early Childhood Director. In this role, you'll oversee the daily operations of our infant program, ensuring that our students receive high-quality care and education. You'll work closely with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Your Role:

  • Oversee the implementation of programs and policies that align with our Montessori philosophy.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency in programming and curriculum delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with parents to ensure they're informed about their child's progress and well-being.
  • Contribute to the ongoing evaluation and improvement of our programs, making recommendations for growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Experience working with infants and toddlers in a group setting.
  • Knowledge of child-led philosophies, such as Montessori and Reggio Emilia.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
