Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Surgical Assistant to join our team at Harbour View Medical Center. As a Surgical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist surgeons and medical staff during surgical procedures
  • Provide exposure, assist with hemostasis, skin closure, and other technical tasks
  • Support the mission and goals of the department and hospital

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of experience and/or completion of Surgical Assistant program
  • CPR certification and registration with the Virginia Board of Medicine
