We are seeking a dedicated LPN Healthcare Specialist to join our team at The Barclay House of Augusta.

About the Position

This is a full-time role that requires a compassionate individual who is committed to delivering exceptional patient care. As an LPN Healthcare Specialist, you will be responsible for providing medical treatment, administering medications, and collaborating with the Wellness Leadership team to ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care and services, adhering to established standards and protocols.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Administer medications and provide medical treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
Requirements
  • Hold a current LPN license issued by the state.
  • Be certified in CPR.
  • Possess experience in Assisted Living or Long-term care, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, including willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Our team members enjoy a generous compensation package, which includes a base salary of approximately $60,000 per year, plus benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
