Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Tradesmen International, Inc. as an Industrial Equipment Specialist. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive pay range of $28-35/hour based on experience and skill level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative, corrective, and general maintenance of commercial and industrial facility equipment.
  • Conduct shift rounds, regular checks of systems, and equipment to identify issues, and document systems and equipment performance.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and perform equipment repairs.
  • Perform electrical installation, repair, and maintenance of equipment and controls located throughout a site.
  • Install, maintain, and repair plumbing/piping and associated equipment and components located in the interior and exterior of buildings.
  • Installation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical/electrical operating equipment and machinery.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as parts ordering, PO# creation, vendor management, attend job meetings/project meetings, documents work results, analyze findings, and recommend updates.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years previous experience and/or training including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry.
  • An equivalent combination of training, education, and manufacturing maintenance experience is acceptable.
  • 2 years of training through an accredited trade school or college certificate/degree preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Fork truck operator's license.
  • JLG operator's license.
  • Universal CFC certification.
