Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Psychiatrist to join our team at Physician Empire in an Inpatient opportunity in a busy 25-bed adult inpatient unit. As a Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a collaborative and dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide psychiatric care to adult patients in a fast-paced inpatient setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Participate in hospital call on a shared basis
- Have a strong interest in ECT procedures, a plus
- Work a regular schedule, Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in psychiatry and best practices
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the growth and development of the team
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Board certification in Psychiatry
- Current medical licensure in the state of Florida
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interest in ECT procedures
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
- Other requirements as may be specified
