Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Stylist to join our team at Stile Glen Mills. As a Senior Stylist, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional in-store experience for our customers by building confidence, providing product knowledge, and engaging in conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct customers to racks and counters, suggesting different styles of potential interest and incorporating latest trends/current promotions based on the customer's individual style.
  • Develop a clientele by building and cultivating effective relationships with customers, maintaining relationships through the use of the Clientbook App by texting customers with new arrivals & promotions tailored to their taste.
  • Accurately perform register sales transactions in a timely manner, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Commit to delivering an optimistic, high energy, and team-oriented store atmosphere, providing support to colleagues as needed.
  • Understand that clients are the number one priority, but make time to maintain a clean, organized, and neat sales floor/fitting room(s) to ensure the store environment is presentable to customers.
  • Take initiative and proactively resolve customer concerns in a manner consistent with Stile's policies, keeping customer satisfaction in mind.
  • Photograph merchandise for social media posts, social media stories, and store website, assisting in pulling and organizing outfits for photoshoots and live sales.
  • Update window displays weekly, showcasing new merchandise in a cohesive manner, integrating new inventory into current store displays, keeping color stories consistent and racks/tables/shelves looking visually pleasing.

Requirements:

  • 1-2+ years experience in a retail setting is required (clothing, jewelry, accessories).
  • Exceptional communication skills, strong collaborative skills, and ability to work well within a team.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, proficiency with technology, and ability/comfort level to operate a point of sale system.
  • Schedule flexibility to accommodate the hours of a retail store, including weekend and holiday availability, with a minimum of two shifts per week.
