We are inviting current nursing students and recent graduates to apply for our RN Residency Program at Providence Seaside Hospital. This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world acute care experience under the guidance of preceptors, mentors, and clinical educators.
Program Highlights- Structured curriculum and simulation-based training

- Foundation and support for becoming an expert in your specialty
As a recent graduate RN with less than 12 months of experience, this program is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in your career. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a focus on patient-centered care.
Benefits- Full-time, night shift available for Medical Surgical
- $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible external candidates

Requirements- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
