  • Oversee project management from initiation to closure, ensuring all documentation is complete.
  • Review customer quotes and specifications to develop comprehensive bills of materials.
  • Coordinate freight shipments as required.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Document and submit project changes for approval.
  • Track project milestones and lead recovery plans when necessary.
  • Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
  • Conduct weekly safety meetings and monthly safety inspections.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in fabrication.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of cutting, bending, and welding techniques.
  • Excellent communication abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $46, $55,773.35 annually
