ABOUT THE ROLE...

Imagine the invigorating aroma of freshly ground coffee filling the air each morning. Your passion lies in crafting exquisite latte art and ensuring that every cup is brewed with care and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee beverages according to established recipes while accurately recording drink orders.
• Deliver food and beverage orders to patrons at the bar, process payments, and ensure compliance with reporting standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all bar areas, including the coffee station and countertops, while managing glassware sanitation.
• Assist in the replenishment of bar inventory and supplies, promptly reporting any equipment malfunctions to management.
• Regularly clean tables, chairs, counters, and other surfaces in the café to uphold a welcoming environment.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and approachable manner, enhancing their experience.
• Monitor product sell-by dates and ensure freshness.
• This position typically requires availability Monday through Friday, with some flexibility in scheduling.

Qualifications for Success:

• Exhibit a positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate with team members.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a minimum of one year of relevant experience in a restaurant or similar setting.
• Effective communication skills with managers, colleagues, and guests are essential.
• Availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with occasional lifting and bending.
