RD NUTRITION CONSULTANTS LLC is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nutrition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dietetics and be able to provide medical nutrition therapy for wound healing, weight management, etc.
The successful candidate will have experience working with tube feedings and be able to collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to coordinate resident care. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential for this role. The salary for this position is estimated at $37.50 - $47.50 per hour based on industry standards and location.
Job Responsibilities:
The Clinical Nutrition Specialist will be responsible for coordinating nutritional care of residents and patients by completing nutritional assessments. They will also participate in care planning meetings as required and provide medical nutrition therapy for wound healing, weight management, etc.
Requirements:
- Candidates must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
- Experience providing general nutrition education (IE weight loss, weight gain)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience with electronic charting systems
