Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused professional to join our team at Taranto's Pizzeria. This position plays a key role in ensuring exceptional service, managing customer engagement, and driving our business forward. The Customer Relations Manager will oversee customer service, manage social media presence, coordinate catering and patio rentals, and handle alcohol sales in compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

- Greet and interact with guests, ensuring a welcoming and memorable experience.

- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally.

- Train and mentor staff to uphold high service standards.

2. Social Media Management:

- Create, schedule, and post engaging content across various social media platforms.

- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and messages on social channels.

- Track social media analytics and adjust strategies to increase engagement.

3. Catering & Event Management:

- Manage catering orders and ensure timely delivery with attention to detail.

- Oversee patio rentals and coordinate private events, from booking to execution.

- Work closely with clients to customize menus and event details for an exceptional experience.

4. Alcohol Sales & Compliance:

- Manage the sale of alcohol, ensuring compliance with all state and local laws.

- Train staff on proper alcohol service, ID verification, and responsible serving practices.

- Monitor inventory and ensure proper storage and handling of alcoholic beverages.

5. Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

- Assist with onboarding new staff members and ongoing training.

- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop promotional strategies.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, restaurant management, or event coordination.

Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.

Knowledge of local alcohol laws and experience managing alcohol sales.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example.
