Job Summary

Cleveland Clinic is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Director of the Benign Hematology Program in the Hematology and Medical Oncology Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring superior quality care and for the recruitment and mentoring of junior faculty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with translational and basic scientists to develop innovative clinical and translational research projects designed to improve the health of patients with benign blood disorders.
  • Effectively articulate the goals, direction, mission, critical issues, and values of Cleveland Clinic to the associates and employees who work within the Benign Hematology Program, the Northeast Ohio hematology community, and referring and affiliated physicians.
  • Recruit and mentor junior faculty to ensure the continued growth and success of the program.
Requirements
  • Board certification or eligibility in Hematology.
  • Medical licensure in Ohio.
