Key Responsibilities- Represent clients in employment-related legal disputes and litigation
- Develop and implement defense strategies for PAGA claims and class actions

- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Advise clients on employment law compliance and best practices
- Stay updated on changes in employment law and regulations
- Attend court hearings and trials as necessary
- Collaborate with other legal professionals and support staff
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in employment law, particularly in defense
- Proven experience handling PAGA claims and class action lawsuits
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
