Job Title: Sr. Test Program Integration Engineer

Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Program Integration Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining data collection systems to aid Test & Evaluation projects. You'll work closely with technical engineering teams to ensure that our test instrumentation meets the highest standards of safety and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement data acquisition and telemetry systems for ground-based and airborne test platforms
  • Collaborate with technical engineering teams to develop and maintain test instrumentation and telemetry systems
  • Provide solutions to manufacturing, assembly, and installation issues for data acquisition and telemetry systems
  • Develop and maintain test article instrumentation parameter lists for multiple projects
  • Represent the Test & Evaluation group in pre- and post-test briefings, reporting on instrumentation and telemetry status
  • Manage relationships with key material and component vendors
  • Provide technical support to vendors and manufacturing teams
  • Lead the efforts to procure hardware to support group functions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of five years of test engineering field experience
  • Proficiency with airborne data acquisition systems, transducers, signal conditioning, and data encoders
  • Knowledge of telemetry systems, digital data recorders, and Mil Standards
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive delivery of communication and follow-up
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

We offer a competitive salary range of $180,100-$218,300 USD, plus a bonus as part of total compensation.
