The Space and Intelligence Sector is in search of an Expert-level (18+ years) Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) Integration Engineer to join our dynamic Sensor Integration team. This role can be based in either Springfield or Chantilly, VA. The Sensor Integration team provides critical systems engineering and integration support for the Government's Sensor Integrations (TIS) Office, focusing on strategic and solutions-level systems engineering for the incorporation of new sensor capabilities into the Enterprise architecture. This position is part of our NSG Radar Ground (NRG) program.
Expert SAR Integration Engineers will take the lead in developing integration solutions across various programs and projects, defining integration and interface requirements. Collaboration with systems engineers, solutions architects, and programmers is essential to ensure that applications and systems work together seamlessly to deliver comprehensive mission solutions while maintaining the integrity of the system-of-systems architecture.
Qualifications

Essential Skills and Experience:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Imagery Analysis, or a related STEM field, or equivalent additional experience of 4 years without a degree or 2 years with a non-STEM degree.
- Proven experience in integrating systems that process SAR data within government or industry settings.
- Over 18 years of experience in relevant sectors, including DoD/IC Acquisition Process, Requirements Process, PPBES Process, or systems engineering of large, complex System of Systems or Service Oriented Architecture environments, whether in cloud, on-premise, or hybrid infrastructures.
- Possession of TS/SCI clearance or the ability to obtain SCI clearance and successfully pass a polygraph examination.
- Master's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Imagery Analysis, or a related STEM field.
- Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering, including processes, tools, and languages.
- Experience in integrating solutions utilizing both structured and unstructured Big Data.
- Experience in integrating solutions with Automation, Augmentation, and Artificial Intelligence technologies.
- Experience in integrating solutions using Cloud-based technologies.
- Prior experience with NGA and/or NSG/ASG program/project work.
- Previous involvement in IC or DoD program/project work.

Salary Range
$146,000 - $234,000. This range reflects the typical salary for this position based on experience and other relevant factors.
