Job Title: Registered Dietitian

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at RD Nutrition Consultants LLC. As a Registered Dietitian, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nutritional assessments, administering medical nutrition therapy, and offering nutritional counseling and education to residents and their families.

Responsibilities:

* Undertake comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients and residents
* Administer medical nutrition therapy, including for wound healing and weight management
* Offer nutritional counseling and education to both residents and their families
* Ensure adherence to DOH/state/federal regulations and company standards
* Execute tasks independently without the need for routine supervision

Requirements:

* Bachelors degree with major studies in food and nutrition
* Current state licensure/certification, if required by state
* Current registration by the Commission on Dietetics Registration
* One (1) year of work experience in a facility setting with clinical responsibilities or equivalent
* Experience providing general nutrition education (IE weight loss, weight gain)
