  • Involved in the recruitment and selection of new team members.
  • Monitors and reports on the condition of facilities and equipment needing attention or repairs.
  • Maintains exceptional cleanliness in public areas of the establishment.
  • Trains new team members on policies, procedures, and equipment maintenance.
  • Advises the Housekeeping Manager on supply needs and potential equipment purchases.
  • Participates in staff meetings to review company policies and guest feedback.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
Performance Standards
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with various departments.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including days, nights, and weekends.
  • Maintains a professional rapport with all personnel.
  • Knowledgeable about cleaning chemicals and equipment, including vacuums, floor machines, scrubbers, extractors, and high lifts.
  • Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a commercial cleaning setting or large public facility cleaning.
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A valid gaming license is necessary (application will be provided by the company).
