Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of procedure and exam rooms, adhering to OSHA standards.
  • Prepare the C-arm for procedures and patients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Set up procedure rooms for physicians, prioritizing patient comfort and safety.
  • Verify the accuracy of patient documentation and time-outs before procedures.
  • Position patients on procedure tables, demonstrating care and attention to detail.
  • Operate the C-Arm and imaging equipment during procedures, maintaining high-quality images.
  • Assist physicians with procedures, providing support and expertise as needed.
  • Collaborate with anesthesia staff to ensure a positive patient experience.
  • Track clinic inventory and order necessary medications and supplies.
  • Assist with patient transitions from the procedure table to a wheelchair, prioritizing patient comfort and safety.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the smooth operation of our clinic.
Qualifications, Education, and Experience
  • Completion of an ARRT-approved school of radiologic technology.
  • Current state radiologic license(s) or certificate(s), as required by federal and state regulations.
  • 1+ years of experience operating a C-Arm, preferred.
  • A positive and upbeat personality, essential for our team's success.
Skills and Abilities
  • EMR experience required.
  • MS Outlook experience preferred.
Physical Demands and Requirements

The physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential duties of this job. Reasonable accommodations will be made in accordance with ADA rules and regulations.

  • Requires walking and standing approximately 90% of the workday.
  • Ability to sit at a desk for approximately 10% of the workday.
  • Must be able to exert up to 25 lbs. of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
  • Must have finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination to work on computer, telephone, and related office equipment.
  • Must be able to have repetitive wrist, hand, and/or finger movement to type and work on a computer.
  • Must have clarity of vision and the ability to adjust focus.

  • Must be able to communicate with patients verbally and write legibly.
