Fidelity TalentSource LLC is seeking a skilled Defined Contribution Conversion Specialist to support our business operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth conversion of defined contribution plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the conversion of defined contribution plans, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise during the conversion process.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Requirements
