Lead Respiratory Therapy Supervisor

The Respiratory Therapy Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing the operations of the respiratory therapy department. This position entails overseeing staff activities and ensuring the delivery of high-quality diagnostic and therapeutic services in accordance with hospital protocols and state regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the respiratory therapy team.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as necessary, adhering to the scope of practice defined by New Hampshire law.
Qualifications
- Education: Must have graduated from an accredited college or university program.
- Licensure/Certifications: Candidates must hold a valid CRTT or RRT certification along with the appropriate state licensure. Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are also required.
- Experience: A minimum of two to three years of experience in a critical care setting is preferred.
