Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Milk Receiver to join our team at Midland Farms Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient unloading of tankers, conducting quality tests, and maintaining a clean and sanitized environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload tankers safely and efficiently, achieving established targets and ensuring product quality
  • Perform CIP and sanitation tasks as needed, maintaining a clean and sanitized environment
  • Load out cream and condensed milk, adhering to quality and customer requirements
  • Scale bulk tankers, completing documentation as required
  • Complete master sanitation schedule, ensuring compliance with DFA GMPs and corporate requirements
  • Monitor product loss, implementing measures to minimize waste
  • Inspect raw materials, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
  • Attend required training sessions, including Safety, GMP, HACCP, and SQF
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Pass all required state licensing tests, with training provided
  • Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and bend for extended periods, with occasional climbing and balancing
  • 1 Year of experience in food and/or beverage manufacturing preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Fluency in English, with ability to read, write, and speak the language
  • Pass all medical exams, drug, and background checks
