Job Summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Oncology team in Somerville, Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care according to the philosophy and standards of the Department of Nursing.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care that reflect the needs and goals of patients.
  • Administer medications safely and according to professional standards of practice and nursing policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other care team members to facilitate achievement of patient goals.
  • Assess and educate patients and families on disease processes, underlying disabilities, medications, and preparation for discharge.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current license from the Massachusetts Board of Registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Effective verbal, electronic, and written communication skills using the English language.
  • Computer proficiency required.
