WorldVia is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Marketing Specialist to develop and manage all aspects of our marketing strategy. This role will focus on creating, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital and traditional marketing campaigns across various channels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct competitor research and analysis to stay ahead of the market.
- Conduct market research to establish customer trends and habits.
- Establish goals and objectives to reach our customers through appropriate marketing channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through prospecting and networking.
- Promote brand awareness through marketing efforts.
- Create marketing materials for our website and other marketing platforms.
- Support the marketing team with marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas.
- Analyze marketing data to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.

- Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.
- 3 or more years of marketing experience (digital and traditional) in a corporate or agency environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access), Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM and CMS software.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Experience using analytics software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Must reside in the Greater Atlanta area and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.A.
