  • Monitor the front-end experience, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during closing.
  • Collaborate with the store leadership team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the closing process.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail leadership role, with a focus on closing shifts and leadership responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with associates and store leadership.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
