Facility Description


The Central Texas VA Health Care System (CTVHCS) is a multidisciplinary facility that offers a range of services, including outpatient care, a 24/7 residential Community Living Center, and Domiciliary support. You will collaborate with a team of professionals to prioritize the needs of Veterans, ensuring that customer service principles are integrated into every aspect of your work.


Key Responsibilities


In this role, you will:

  • Engage in Patient Safety initiatives that lead to improved health outcomes.
  • Develop and implement educational plans to adapt to evolving program or service requirements.
  • Mentor colleagues on patient safety standards and practices.
  • Support client self-determination and act as a resource for ethical concerns.
  • Participate in ethics consultations and collaborate on research activities aimed at enhancing care.
