Key Responsibilities:

As a Creative Retail Sales Associate at Michaels Stores, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored recommendations and solutions.
  • Maintaining the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas, ensuring that they are well-merchandised and in-stock.
  • Participating in the truck unloading and stocking processes, ensuring that truck standards are followed and completed within budget.
  • Operating cash registers and executing cash handling to standards.
  • SUPPORTING SHRINK AND SAFETY PROGRAMS, PROMOTING A SAFE AND SECURE WORKING ENVIRONMENT.

Requirements:

  • BASIC COMPUTER SKILLS AND BASIC MEASURING SKILLS.
  • ABLE TO OPERATE FRAMING EQUIPMENT AND GLASS CUTTER.
  • RETAIL EXPERIENCE AND ABILITY TO SELL PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES TO CUSTOMERS.
