Granite Installation Supervisor

Trindco Premium Countertops is expanding and currently has openings for skilled granite countertop installers. As a Lead Installer, your primary duties will encompass:
- Verifying the accuracy of materials loaded for daily installations.
- Engaging with clients before, during, and after the installation process.
- Executing precise and high-quality installations.
- Ensuring the safety of personnel, materials, and client property throughout the installation.
While we prefer candidates with a minimum of two years of granite installation experience, we are open to training individuals with backgrounds in carpentry, cabinetry, or general construction.
All installation candidates will be subject to background checks and must possess a valid driver's license.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Lead Installer, you will operate as part of a two-person team, taking charge of the installation and guiding your assistant's activities. The ideal candidates should exhibit the following attributes:
- Excellent communication abilities
- Demonstrated strong work ethic
- Meticulous attention to detail and measurements
- A commitment to excellence
- Flexibility in working hours
- Capability to lift and transport over 75 lbs consistently
- Possession of a valid driver's license
- Leadership skills to manage a small team
