  • Proficient in ArcGIS, InfoSWMM, and AutoCAD
  • Familiarity with AASHTO, MUTCD, WEG, APWA, and AWWA standards
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to foster collaboration with management, teams, and clients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Innovative problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
