Job Overview:
The Nail Care Specialist is tasked with delivering exceptional nail salon services to both members and guests, utilizing professional expertise to cater to the unique needs of each client. This role involves recommending suitable nail products and services tailored to individual client preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide meticulous manicure, pedicure, artificial nail application, and hand/foot treatments.
  • Assist in the procurement and inventory management of supplies.
  • Prepare nail care tools, ensure the sanitation of instruments, treatment areas, and supplies on a daily basis, and fulfill all necessary duties for opening and closing procedures.
  • Maintain a pristine and sterile work environment.
  • Stay informed about the latest techniques and services through ongoing education and workshops.
  • Deliver the highest quality of treatment and professional service.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience and training in a similar role within the hotel/resort/guest service sector.
  • Possession of the required state license and certification.
  • Adherence to all established operational standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Participation in all staff meetings.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
