Position Overview:

We are seeking a committed professional to oversee the daily functions of our home care and hospice services. This position requires close collaboration with our management team to ensure exceptional patient care and meet clinical goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, guide, and train nursing and support personnel
  • Oversee patient flow and manage urgent situations
  • Facilitate patient care coordination and referrals
  • Address patient care concerns
  • Provide assistance during patient crises
  • Support recruitment, training, and performance assessments of staff
  • Maintain a safe working environment
  • Carry out additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a registered nurse
  • Certification in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers
  • Valid Registered Nurse license in the relevant state
  • Physical capability to fulfill job responsibilities

Work Schedule:

Standard hours are from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility required.
