Building Caretaker

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Caretaker to join our team at Platinum Hospitality Group LLC.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of our properties, ensuring they remain safe, clean, and operational.

Estimated Annual Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the building's exterior and interior, including groundskeeping and landscaping
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, addressing issues promptly to prevent damage and downtime
• Assist with special events and projects, providing additional support as needed
• Monitor and report any safety hazards or concerns to management

Qualifications

• Previous experience in maintenance or a related field, preferably in a commercial setting
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and navigate stairs
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients
