At Actalent, we are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in assisting with drug preparation and dispensing in accordance with state pharmacy regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fill prescription items and package medications for dispensing and delivery
  • Prepare medications, including emulsions, liquids, powders, and ointments, which may involve non-sterile compounding
  • Reconcile and fill EDK (Emergency Drug Kit) checks, and verify drugs and supplies
  • Process returned medications from facilities for credit or destruction

Requirements:

  • Pharmacy technician certification or license
  • Ability to recognize and identify medications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
