Job Summary

The Environmental Services Technician provides cleaning and upkeep of assigned areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for clients and employees. This role is ideal for individuals entering the workforce or returning with limited experience and education.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain buildings and facilities, adhering to safety and quality standards.
  • Operate cleaning equipment and use chemical cleaners responsibly.
  • Notify management of maintenance needs and establish effective communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Perform seasonal tasks, such as snow removal and leaf raking.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
  • No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer service experience.
  • 1 year of similar work experience.
