Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining imaging equipment, including CT scanners.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort
- Develop and implement protocols for imaging procedures, adhering to regulatory guidelines
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information and imaging results
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and diagnosis
Requirements
- Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
- Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography
- Experience working with CT scanners and other imaging equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer
- Competitive salary: $120-$150 per hour, based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week
- Tax-free stipend amount to be determined
