About the Job
We are seeking a well-qualified family medicine physician to join our team of seasoned professionals in a primarily outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working with patients of diverse backgrounds.
The practice operates on a 100% outpatient basis, with no call responsibility. This provides an ideal work-life balance for physicians who value their personal time. Additionally, our team offers mentorship opportunities to support professional growth and development.

Compensation and Benefits
The employed contract includes a competitive annual salary range of $250-$288,000, with 24 paid days off per year. A sign-on bonus is available to support your transition into this new role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes malpractice tail coverage, retirement plans (403(b)), and malpractice insurance paid. Loan repayment assistance is also offered through the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) program. Furthermore, relocation assistance up to $10,000 is provided to help with the move to our location.
Patient Volumes and Community
The schedule allows for 30-45 minutes per new patient and 15-25 minutes for follow-up appointments. While Mandarin or Spanish speaking is preferred, proficiency in these languages is not required. Our office is situated in a desirable area, close to numerous attractions, parks, and nightlife options. Downtown LA, Dodger Stadium, museums, and The Grove are all within a short drive. Additionally, Disneyland, Universal Studios, Six Flags, and Knotts Berry Farm are accessible within an hour. Beautiful beaches, mountains, and desert destinations are also nearby, making this an ideal location for those who enjoy outdoor activities.
