Home Health Care Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our interdisciplinary team in providing high-quality home health care services to patients in their home environment.
About the Role: As a Home Health LNA, you will work under the supervision of a nurse to provide personal care and services to patients, promoting their independence and well-being. Your duties will include providing hands-on patient care, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have an active NH LNA license, proof of Flu vaccination, reliable transportation, and a physical exam within the last year. You will also be required to work as part of a dynamic team, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
