Mobile Therapist Job Summary

Indian Creek Foundation is seeking a qualified Mobile Therapist to provide mobile therapy services to children, adolescents, and family members in their homes or school settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health and experience working with children and youth.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide mobile therapy services, including family therapy, consultation, and support to family members/caregivers.
Collaborate with treatment team members in the development of goals and interventions.
Participate in team meetings as indicated, and conduct at least six-month reviews/assessments for each child on caseload.
Complete assessment tools and monitor outcome measurement on each treatment goal as needed.

Requirements:

Licensed Mental Health Professional or Master's Degree in a related field (Social Worker, Special Education, Counseling or Psychology).
Minimum of 1 year experience providing mental health direct services to children and youth. Prior experience working with children with developmental disabilities preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Ability to negotiate conflict resolution and facilitate effective team communication.
Knowledge of family systems and different treatment modalities.
Ability to develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and crisis plans.
Ability to complete clinical assessments and maintain current training certifications as needed for programs.
