Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with GAAP.
  • Oversee all functions of the general ledger, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and closing processes.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of balance sheets and income statements.
  • Manage fixed asset accounting, including tracking, depreciation, and reconciliation tasks.
  • Handle intercompany transactions and ensure accurate reconciliation of intercompany balances.
  • Prepare and document accruals and other necessary adjusting entries.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with external auditors to achieve successful audit outcomes and compliance.
  • Analyze financial data to provide forecasting support.
  • Assist in budget preparation and management of expenses for future initiatives.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance close and reporting cycles.
  • Participate in special projects and perform ad-hoc financial analyses as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in accounting or a related field, ideally within the technology sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in accruals, balance sheets, income statements, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and fixed asset accounting.
  • Strong grasp of GAAP and other relevant accounting principles.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities with experience in generating reports and presentations.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Capability to work independently while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
  • A proactive problem-solver capable of making decisions under pressure.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
