About the Role
As a Respiratory Therapist at ATC White Plains, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, from neonates to geriatric individuals. You will be responsible for assessing patients' respiratory needs, developing care plans, and implementing and evaluating respiratory therapy.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Current certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) and a valid New York State Respiratory Therapy license.
- BLS/CPR certification is required, with NRP and ACLS certifications strongly recommended.
