Security Officer

Treston Security Services is seeking a highly responsible and experienced Unarmed Security Officer to provide protection for multiple locations in the Los Angeles area.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and secure the site grounds during assigned hours.
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of the property.
- Respond promptly to any security breaches or emergencies.
- Control access to the estate, ensuring only authorized personnel enter the premises.
- Maintain a detailed log of all activities and incidents.
- Collaborate with estate management to address any specific security needs.
- Respond to incidents of fire, medical emergency, bomb threat, flooding, water discharge, elevator emergency, hazardous materials, inclement weather, and other incidents.
- Prepare logs and reports as required.
- Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must have guard card, or able to obtain their Guard Card.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Have a reliable means of communication and transportation.
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
- Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English (Bilingual in Spanish a Plus).
- Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
- Valid Guard Card.
- Weapons Permit (Armed Post Only).
- Chemical Agent Certification (Conditional to Site).
- Personal Vehicle + Clean Driving Record.
- Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred).
- Retail Security/Asset Protection: 1 year (Preferred).
- Patrol Security Experience: 1 year (Preferred).
