• About the Role: As a Direct Support Staff member, you will play a vital role in supporting our participants in achieving their personal goals and meeting their needs and desires.

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Direct Support Staff. In this role, you will provide support to individuals with disabilities by implementing Individualized Support Plans and maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe environment.

• Responsibilities:
• Provide support to individuals with disabilities by implementing Individualized Support Plans
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe environment by following safety, equipment safety, and infection control procedures
• Complete required documentation, including Incident Reporting

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age
• At least a high school graduate or equivalent required
• At least 6 months of work experience with individuals with intellectual or physical disabilities required
