Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Developmental Disabilities Coordinator to join our team at Arion Care. In this role, you will work closely with our team of professionals to ensure that individuals with developmental disabilities receive the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide daily administrative support to DD Area Manager and/or Supervisor, including managing schedules, responding to inquiries, and processing critical documentation.
  • Payroll & Billing: Process bi-monthly payroll, approve timesheets, follow up on missing approvals, and troubleshoot payroll errors to ensure timely and accurate payments for DSP employees.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records in our software systems, including HAH data entry, manual authorizations, and updating DSP certifications and other required documentation.
  • Member & Guardian Relations: Ensure excellent communication with members, guardians, and DSPs regarding service authorization changes, weekly limits, balances, and any service-related updates.
  • Coordination & Planning: Attend member planning meetings, coordinate fingerprinting, assist with home certification re-inspections, and support emergency staffing solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to the overall success of the team by participating in meetings, preparing mailings, assisting with special projects, and providing backup to colleagues when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Experience in administrative support, psychology, behavioral science, social work, disability services, communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data entry; ability to learn new database and software applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to respond to inquiries via phone, email, or text within 1 business day.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to travel throughout the valley to various work sites and member homes.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Must be at least 18 years of age.
    • Ability to pass a satisfactory background check and obtain a DPS fingerprint card.
    • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
    • High school diploma or GED.

Salary & Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
